- Rissotto Rice
- Veg stock
- Salt & Pepper
- Slice courgettes and fry in some evoo until golden brown. Set aside when golden & nutty.
- In the same pan add chopped leeks and fry until soft. Be careful not to burn.
- Add the risotto rice and slowly add veg stock and stir until the rice is cooked.
- Add your courgettes back into the pan.
- Top with burrata and a heathy drizzle of our CBD Olive Oil
