- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp cream (optional)
- splash of oat milk/milk (optional)
- 1tbsp unsalted butter
- salt to taste

🍳 This recipe will also work without the double cream and milk, it's really all about the temperature of the pan and folding your eggs.
