Popcorn is one of those snacks that you just can’t go wrong with, now add some CBD Truffle oil and it is seriously next level. This recipe is super quick and easy when you’re looking for an after-dinner snack to enhance your sleep and relaxation. Especially as its getting dark at 4.30 (can we believe it!) cosy nights in are becoming our go-to!
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 2 tbsp canola or other vegetable oils that work at a high heat
- 2 tbsp CBD Black Truffle oil
- ½ tsp Himilyan salt
- In a heavy pot, add the vegetable oil over medium heat and add popcorn kernels.
- Put a lid on and cook over medium heat, shaking occasionally. Cook until the kernels have stopped popping. Immediately transfer to a bowl.
- Drizzle over the struggle oil and a sprinkle of himilyana salt and toss. Serve hot.
