CBD Chimichurri sauce for Steak, Lamb or Fish

This CBD chimichurri is the only chimichurri sauce you'll need. It's bursting with flavour and uses common ingredients found in most pantries like red wine vinegar, garlic and parsley.
Chimichurri sauce is traditionally uncooked sauce from Argentina and Uruguay. It's a herb based condiment, usually served with grilled meat but honestly it's tasty enough to go on (almost) anything!
Ingredients:
4 tbsp Natural CBD Olive oil
Handful of fresh Oregano, finely chopped
Handful of fresh Parsley, finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves, finely diced,
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 Lime, freshly squeezed
1 tsp grated lime zest
1 tsp Sugar
Method:
Finely chop the garlic. Destem the oregano and parsley and chop very finely.
Add the garlic, oregano, parsley, chilli flakes and salt into a mortar bowl. If you don't have one of these you can use a durable mixing bowl.
Pound the mixture firmly. Stir in the olive oil and sugar - continue to mix for another minute.
Leave to rest for 10 minutes to absorb all the flavours.
Stir in the vinegar and lemon juice using a spoon.
Add to your steak, lamb or fresh fish & enjoy! If you make extra feel free to store in an airtight container in the fridge, it tastes even more delicious when you let the flavours sit & soak overnight.
