Yes, you heard that right - CBD Truffle Fries - the ultimate wholefood comfort food. These parmesan Truffle fries are insanely tasty, baked in a hot oven until golden and crispy. We say it serves 4 but they won’t last long in any household!

4 Russet potatoes (skin on & washed)
2 tbsp Truffle CBD Olive oil
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp himalayan salt

For garnish:
1 tbsp Truffle CBD Olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp himalayan salt
Chopped chives

Preheat the oven to 240 Celsius.

Cut the potatoes into fries. To do this wash and leave the skin on, slice off the ends of each potato then slice off the side to make a base. Cut into ¼ inch slices and repeat until complete.

Place fries in a large bowl with CBD Truffle Oil, parsley and Salt. Combine well.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and spread the fries on each paper. Bake them for 15 minutes and then flip, then place for a further 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Drizzle with the CBD Truffle Oil, salt, parmesan and chives. Serve while warm!
